Sweat for a Cause

This Good Friday, Phillip Island Sauna is proud to support the Good Friday Appeal by donating $10 from every sauna session booked on Thursday 2nd April. The Good Friday Appeal raises vital funds for the Royal Children’s Hospital, helping provide life-saving care for children and support for families across Victoria.

Join us on the Cowes Jetty for a relaxing seaside sauna and be part of something bigger. Every session booked on the day will help make a difference, so you can unwind, enjoy the contrast of heat and sea air, and know that your visit is helping a great cause. Sweat, reset, and give back at the same time.

Mission

Sweat for a Cause is about using the simple ritual of sauna to make a positive difference in the community. On Thursday 2nd April, Phillip Island Sauna will donate $10 from every session booked to the Good Friday Appeal, helping support the Royal Children’s Hospital and the families who rely on its care.

Our goal is to bring people together for a shared experience that feels good and does good. By taking time to slow down, warm up, and connect with others, guests can enjoy the benefits of sauna while also contributing to an important cause that supports children across Victoria.

Vision

Our vision for Sweat for a Cause is to show how simple experiences can create meaningful change. By bringing people together through sauna, we hope to support important community causes while promoting wellbeing, connection, and generosity. We believe that when people feel good, they are more likely to do good — and small actions, shared by many, can make a real difference.

acknowledgement to country

We acknowledge and pay our respects to the traditional custodians of the land on which we gather, the Bunurong people. We recognize their continuing connection to country, culture, and community, and acknowledge the Elders past and present. We honour their enduring wisdom, custodianship of the land, and cultural heritage.

Always was, always will be!
