Cancellation Policy

Bookings & Payments All sessions must be booked online via our website or app. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling To cancel or reschedule a session, please do so via the app or the website. Guests may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before their booking time. Changes within 24 hours of your session are not refundable or transferable. No-shows will forfeit the full booking fee. Arrival & Session Time Please arrive 10 minutes before your session to allow time to settle in. Sessions start and finish on time, regardless of late arrival. Health & Safety If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or are experiencing flu-like symptoms, please do not attend. Always follow staff instructions and sauna etiquette for your safety and the comfort of others. Anyone behaving in a way that impacts safety or the experience of other guests may be asked to leave. What to Bring Swimwear is required. Towels and water are recommended unless otherwise provided. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the guest. Weather Policy The sauna operates in most weather conditions, including rain. If we need to cancel due to severe weather or operational issues, you’ll be rebooked or credited. Private Bookings Private sessions must start and end at the allocated times. Additional guests beyond the recommended capacity are not permitted.
