saunagus (aufguss)

Experience the ancient art of heat and aromatherapy with our immersive saunagus (aufguss) sessions. Led by trained masters, these rituals feature essential-oil infused water and ice thrown onto the hot rocks, with fan and towel-waving techniques used to circulate waves of intense, fragrant steam throughout the sauna to deeply relax your body and focus your mind.

sauna talks

Combine a fresh perspective with deep relaxation through our Sauna Talks, where we invite expert guest speakers to lead engaging discussions on wellness, movement, and lifestyle. Each session wraps up with a hot, restorative sauna to help you debrief, integrate what you’ve learned, and let the conversation sink in.

social soak

A relaxed, low-pressure evening designed for community bonding, making new mates, and unwinding together in good company. Whether it's a dedicated blokes' night, a queer evening, or a welcoming space to bring people together, these gatherings focus on easy conversation, shared downtime, and a collective reset in the heat.

acknowledgement to country

We acknowledge and pay our respects to the traditional custodians of the land on which we gather, the Bunurong people. We recognize their continuing connection to country, culture, and community, and acknowledge the Elders past and present. We honour their enduring wisdom, custodianship of the land, and cultural heritage.

Always was, always will be!
